My job has us working this week 9 hours but my supervisor gave us 2 rest breaks & 30 minute lunch break. Which we usually take for our 8 hours.
You are entitled to another ten minute rest period if you work a major portion of another 4 hours. Therefore you are not entitled to a third rest period if you work 9 hours.
Good luck to you.

No, you would not be entitled to a third rest period if you work 9 hours. You would be entitled to a third rest break if you work over 10 hours.
I would only add that in addition to being permitted two rest breaks during a 9 hour workday, you should be permitted to use the restrooms as reasonably necessary.
