No person is permitted to threaten injury to the character or reputation of any individual for any pecuniary benefit. If threats are involved, then possible criminal charges may be pursued. If your husband is not doing this for any benefit and is not threatening your person or reputation, then it is likely an action of defamation. In an action for defamation, your husband will actually have to have harmed your reputation and caused damages as a result thereof.
It is clear that you should contact an attorney immediately because of the potential for a party to take action that is not advisable. It is possible that intervention now may prevent any damages from occurring if they have not already occurred.
This situation appears to have many potential claims that you could bring against your spouse. What I recommend that you find is a good family law attorney and institute proceedings immediately. What your spouse did is invasion of privacy amongst other things. If he contacts your work and you get fired, he would possible be liable for interference with contractual relations. See a lawyer NOW.
