Me and my bf aren't getting along anymore. And we don't exactly have all the needs we need to have for our daughter where we're. And my mom is willing to help me but she lives in Pennsylvania. He refuses to give me consent and threatens to take me to court. Or worst take things I need so I cant leave.
If you have no court orders then either parent can move where ever they wish and take the child. However, if you leave and the father files a petition for allocation of parental responsibilities before you have lived in another state for six months, you will have to address child custody and parenting time issues in a Colorado court. You need to be prepared for that possibility.
