I had a business gone bad and the media (one station in particular) has been relentless. It is now over and my sister had come to the sentencing with me, which was over two weeks ago. I expected the stations to air the news for a couple days. However, one station has made a commercial in which they show their reporters and then a clip of my sister and I walking out of the courtroom saying "We bring you the stories you want to hear." They are done reporting on it, yet they continue to use the commercial, playing it every 1/2 hour prior to the news starting. They have not said anything in the their news segments about it as there is nothing new to report. They are using it strictly as propaganda for them. My sister called them a week ago and told them to stop airing her face on their commercial. They promised they would, however, they, yet again aired it last night. She called them again, and they said they blurred her face but it was not and they said they would now permanently delete it, but it has been used over and over for their benefit as a commercial promoting them. Is this not against the law to gain profit without consent, for a commercial, not to report news?
