I later got certified letter stating I was kicked out due to my insurance . The pacemaker is also causing me to have seizures and stop breathing.
If you sue for malpractice, you need to get another doctor to testify as "expert witness" about whether the treating physician perform his duties in accordance with the standards in the field.
Your first concern should be your immediate health. If you are having seizures and can't breathe, you should call 911 for an ambulance. if you are feeling well enough to travel, but have serious health concerns, an emergency room must treat you. If you cannot afford health insurance, you need to apply for Medicaid, SSI or SSD. You should look on this site for a referral to a disability attorney who might be able to help with obtaining health care coverage for your serious chronic illness.
