my family has been harassed by our neighbors from slander to now my address being posted on facebook I have had them blocked for months but this just recently came to my attention by a friend during the last year of harassment I have not called the police to file a report but I have had our land lord ask them to please stop thought it would go away on its on but its just gotten worse I am very concerned about my address being posted on facebook I have a 12 , 13 and 15 year old that walk to the bus stop and walk to school !
You have no legal expectation of privacy in your name, address and any info contained in any govt issued ID. If this person is engaging in repeated unwanted contact without any legal basis, you can call the cops, and try to get a restraining order.
