My car caught fire in the middle of the road! I was nervous because I had some pot and a possible warrant! So I got out and some civilians and a cop told me to leave it was out of my hands!! So I left the car completely! Never signed a police report!
You are asking whether this is a violation of the criminal law. I have transferred your question
Unless there's a body of water real close and convenient to drive into I don't know what you would do with a car that is on fire other than get out of it.
Wishing you luck and hoping that I have been helpful in answering your question.
