My husband and I were suppose to be "business partners" wit his parents. They had a paid in full home, my husbands name and his fathers name. I filed for divorce in July and took my husband back only to find he had his name taken off the house. Is this legal?

yes, it is legal. but it may still be a marital asset and this may be dissipation. go hire a divorce lawyer to investigate this.
Under Illinois law, both Petitioner (the one who files for a divorce) and the Respondent complete a Financial Disclosure Statement. This should be a complete list of both assets and liabilities.
