We are wanting to camp in the woods behind our neighborhood. We have walked all through the woods and we can't find any no trespassing signs but we don't want to get in any kind of trouble
It depends on a lot of factors not mentioned in your post. Better to camp in designated areas.
It depends on your neighboring property owner. You should try to locate who the owner is and ask permission. You can find the owner by checking out the County tax records. Without permission, you are trespassing. Your neighbor could also end up with a liability claim if his property is not posted and you or someone else in your family are injured while on the property.
