Is it illegal in the state of California to record a conversation between a parent and a teacher, during a scheduled "parent/teacher" conference to discuss the pupil's failure of a History/Social Science course that the parent has reason to believe is a result of the pupil exercising his faith-based beliefs, by not participating in a Veteran's Day School Ceremony?
It would be legal if both parties consent.
