My BF's parole was revoked for driving on a revoked license involving an accident w/ injuries. He was picked up last night while a passenger in a car with 2 other people. Drugs were found & he's now being charged with that too. I doubt a lawyer could help much at this point but thought I'd ask. Thank you.
Go with the Public Defender for his new charges. A lawyer can't do very much with the parole violation. Just make sure he takes care of the new charges along with the parole violation.
Always consult a local attorney before acting on any legal opinions or advice you find here, or on the internet, generally.
Your b/f sounds like a perfect client for the public defender. Save your money. He's going back for awhile either way.
