Is it considered some type of murder when someone assists or coerces another to commit suicide and that individual who is being coerced is on disability for mental health reasons of depression and anxiety. Thank you.
Assisting suicide in New York is Manslaughter in the Second Degree. See Penal Law section 125.15(3).
