I applied for a late TPS application, did the bio-metrics, and then received a correspondence asking for additional evidence to determine my eligibility as a late applicant. But I realized that it is most likely that I wont qualify (according to the type of physical presence evidence that was requested). Now, should I just withdraw my application? or I should just wait for the denial letter? which one "looks better" on my profile for the long term? I am trying to know whether this has any long term implications. (knowing that I am on a valid J1 status). Let me know what you think. Thank you
I suggest you take up this issue with a good immigration attorney instead of simply giving up to see if it can still be salvaged. TPS is generally liberally granted. That being said, neither makes a difference in the long run as to your 'profile.'
