Is it a good idea to approve a co-signer who will be paying monthly rent for tenant?
I'm currently trying to rent my house in California. I have an applicant who is interested but he has no employment or income. He has a co-signer. He is a student and his father will be covering all his expenses. They have both submitted all required Documents and on paper It shows that they have a good credit report and background check, his father has an excellent report and son has a fair report (I ran a tenant screening). Is this too risky?
