I wanted to know about support if if differs if your child(ren) have special needs? Also he has not fulfilled his 1 day a week court appointed supervised visits with the children. Does this affect the parentage time? There are other items on the order he is not fulfilling how do I go about making sure he follows through or notifying the courts
Child support for a special needs child might be higher than guideline, if you can substantiate the need in court.
If you're in court for a support modification, the court will be interested in what visits are actually taking place, rather than what was ordered. So not actually having the visits that the court ordered can, indeed, result in increased child support, if the support was calculated on the assumption that the visits would take place (which they usually are).
If you file that RFO to modify support, you can also take that opportunity to request compliance with the court order's other terms.
