The baggy had meth residue in it. It was in Sarpy County in Nebraska. I thought you had to have enough to be able to test more than once. Besides it seems like an empty baggy shouldn't be a felony charge. I know they are also upset because they had to look for him after he didn't go to court. He had went to every court date they kept continuing it from March and then they set his next court date on Christmas Eve. He had car problems and couldn't find a ride he called and whoever he talked didn't really say much but okay. Then they issued a warrant. I don't know if that effects the outcome of the charge or not. Thought it might be pertinent though.
