I drop my 5 series bmw off on the 17th of January to BMW of Freeport, they never said I had scratches on my vehicle after they did the walk around my car. 19th of January I went to pick up my car and I notice 2 deep scratches on the right side, the same side the axle shaft was installed by their mechanic's. I brought the situation to the attention of a manager, and he told me it was already there and were not repairing your car. I said if that was the case why did you wait until I notice it and then try to tell me it was already there. At this point I was enraged and had to catch my self from doing something stupid. What is the law for a situation as mine, because working civil service all I can do is try suing this cheap Entity. There worth over 1 billion dollar's and they treat their customer's like crap and a walking ATM.!
They have a duty of reasonable care. If they breached you haves negligence claim. The major issue is proof that they did it.
