Has the Trustee finished administration of the case? If the 4wheeler was scheduled, and then the trustee abandoned the asset from the estate, then whether you can keep it or not is up to you and the bank that maintains a lien against it.

Was there a lien? If no lien, then if your case is closed, then the Trustee passed on this fine 4 wheeled vehicle.
If the case is open, then there is a chance they may ask for it.

Have you received a discharge in your Chapter 7? It seems extremely unlikely a Chapter 7 case would go on for three years.
