I am an international student on F1 visa, don't have SSN and not earning anything in US, I met a random girl and just in a first meeting, she is pregnant, and refuses to abort the child.
Now she is telling me that i have to pay child support as I was intentionally involved in.
What are the possibilities i would face once she files child support?
Will it affect while applying H1 once i get a job after a year and so?
If in case i am ending up paying child support then, would it concern about my immigration status?
Thanks for your time and knowledge in advance
In this country you impregnate a girl/woman = responsible for child support until the child in question reaches age 18 or graduates from high school, whichever happy event occurs sooner. And since you stopped short of marrying the woman, you will not have any spousal support exposure.
Should have no effect on any future visas or immigration status, unless you go on record as a "dead beat", irresponsible father who repeatedly failed to pay child support on time.

A person court ordered to pay child support would pay to avoid jeopardizing status.

You should not have a problem paying child support for your child, surely.
As to affecting status, if you pay them it should not affect status, especially if it is court ordered CS.
