I left my mother guardianship of my child, however would like to give her full custody they are in Canada and I'm in New York, her father has had her since September as we thought would be a transition, however since then he has had problems with social services in regards to incidents that have occurred and now is not allowing my mother and access to my child. I need to know what I can do as I cannot leave the country
I suggest you contact an attorney in Canada, preferably someone near to where the child is now. Good luck!
