I was convicted of a dwi in October 2015 I didn't have my license or a car until March 2017 just got my license back in March needed to complete an updated alcohol evaluation which said I did not need more treatment he said I should check with my lawyer to see if I still needed to install a interlock device. He told me my condtional discharge has passed I didn't need one and I needed to grab a disposition from the court which and bring it to dmv which I did and they didn't take off the requirement he you'd me to contact him. Than said he knows nothing about that know. Do I need to have it installed or not ? Also of not what do I need to show dmv if I don't thank you.
I did not understand much of your question. What I can tell you is that whatever the court said is what the DMV will follow. If the judge said you needed an interlock device for X years, you need an interlock device for X years. If the judge said you do not, the DMV should follow that.
My disclaimer is simply that Avvo already has an adequate disclaimer.
What period of time did the Judge direct installation of an interlock?
