I applied to my OPT before and got rejected because of missing a signature. now i am trying to reapply and my adviser's interface, to issue a new application, is not responding because it shows my case as pending when its been rejected since 19th of March.
Correction may take up to 30 days and i need to allow 60-90 days for OPT alone. Start date is Aug 4th. Can a lawyer be of any help to the frustrating and dysfunctional problem that I have?
The DSO at your school should be able to resolve this issue for you.

Work closely with your school's DSO who apparently did not file this correctly. You may want to consult with a local immigration attorney to look things over next time you want to file anything related to immigration, or have questions regarding the process (timeline, what forms and evidence, etc.). Kind Regards.
