If a month has passed and you have not been identified or incriminated then just move on with your life.
You have taken a wise step to see a therapist. Let that advise wash over you to allow you to find peace
I agree with prior counsel's analysis that your situatio is not that grave.
If you have not been arrested at the time of that occurence, the only way the State may bring state charge against you in by a grand jury indictment. At prsent, I do not believe this situation calls for the state to waste its valuable investigatory resources so flagrantly trying to bring the investigators, jurors and complaining witness for an allegation of a singular misdemanor exposure charge. I do not believe that is would be the case.
