The building in question is owned by a company I formed. Therefore not in my name and not my social I own 50 % interest in it.
Absent a "pierce the veil" claim, a personal judgment generally cannot be enforced against the assets of an LLC in which you own an interest. However, that judgment can be enforced against your personal assets, which include your membership interest in the LLC.
