While driving down slope a street, speed was more than posted speed. Cop at the down hill end was lurking with speed laser. cop recorded higher speed while driver was downhill. Wrote ticket but did not specify location. Is that normal ? Or Is it because this location is notorious for speeding ticket and traffic court judge is aware of it and hence cop tried to play safe?
