I was incarcerated for 30 days due to two class B felony’s which were thrown out by the state of Arkansas but a lawyer came in and told me I had to sign over parental rights to my youngest daughter to either the state or to the the woman that actually kidnap my daughter so I am do I still have to continue paying child support
That depends on what you mean by signing your parental rights over.
If it was just to allow someone else to exercise custody or to be appointed as your daughter's guardian, you still have an obligation to pay support.
If it was a consent to adoption, then your obligation to pay support would cease when the Court grants the adoption.
