Colorado probate procedure provides that simple errors in documents can usually be quickly fixed but I am not sure from your question what the error or incorrect information actually was. most attorneys do not charge to correct mistakes that are the responsibility of their office but I don't have enough information as to the source of the error made in your case. good luck in getting the matter resolved.
