Outpatient rehab was ordered as part of probation. I feel I need more and plan to enter a 30 day inpatient program.
No. Entering inpatient rehab, under the conditions you have described, is neither an admission of guilt nor a violation of your supervision. Inpatient rehab is, of course, more strenuous than an outpatient program, so you should get credit for satisfying that condition of your sentence. Keep in mind that you may run into problems if the court ordered you to complete a specific outpatient program.
Before you enter rehab, however, you should contact your probation officer so that he or she knows where you are and how to contact you. Good luck!
