You keep it! Absent a prenup, the ring is a gift. He is not getting it back. Any decent attorney would tell him that from the get go as well.
You get the ring AND an equitable division of marital property. Hire an attorney and let them deal with his bully behavior.
Representing a woman now and her husband is making this claim. You keep the ring and should be getting about 1/2 of the martial assets. Not enough information here but you may be looking at spousal support. Talk to an attorney.
