I sent a letter to the judge's chambers which perhaps he didn't get in time. His clerk acknowledged receipt. Judge made a decision that states that I did not reply. Can I reply in sur reply to the decision?
if the judge already made a decision, a sur reply won't be of any use. you can file a motion for reconsideration, but those are rarely granted. You are best served by hiring counsel to assist you.
the motion is closed. Sur-replies are generally not allowed without seeking court permission. If you think that the judge missed something a motion for reconsideration may be appropriate.
