Me and my wife relocated to Michigan last November 2017. She took a leave from here job in Florida this pass June 5th she left with our two children 6 & 1yrs of age and went back to Florida the following month she filed for divorce August 8th I was served here in Michigan. That left me very little time to respond back I was able to find an attorney there in Florida to file a motion to dissmiss because of the residence issues with her & the children. She actually made a false claim saying that she had lived in Florida the 6 months prior to filing in Florida. I have documents to prove my case. We had an 18 month lease agreement her voters card her Michigan driver's license and her Florida driver's license as well. So I'm looking to filing soon as possible here in Michigan if anyone can read this please I need serious help please thanks

I have answered this question with a general knowledge of law. My answer does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Ours and many other offices can handle this. Your time to file is now, as shorty she will reestablish residency in Florida. The first case properly filed will be the one that has jurisdiction over the matter.
To the PROSPECTIVE client, my PRELIMINARY answer to your question(s) is for general purposes and based upon the information you have conveyed. It is based on such limited information that it is a general answer, and should not be relied upon as a reason for your action or inaction. My response does NOT establish an attorney-client relationship, that may only be established by mutual agreement, and the signing of a written retainer agreement, which will generally require payment for our services. Providing counsel and representation is what we do for a living and, just like you, we must get paid for our work.
