Without reading the divorce decree, no attorney can advise as to the question of "have to." Having said that, such language is typically used for that purpose.
Usually that language is used at the request of the spouse who wants their name changed. Did you sign off on the decree? It's unlikely that the Court just did it on its own, and there would be dubious legal authority to force an adult to change their name.
