These attorneys have been paid in full. It's been drawn out due to medical issues on my part, but I have provided info to them when requested. I just got my last certified mail returned because they moved and the return address expired. They never told me about this. It was sent to a city they do not even advertise on their 10 websites. What options do I have?
You may look up an attorney's current information on The Florida Bar website. Before you consider filing a complaint, I would suggest that you place a telephone call to the bar (phone number also on website). Often, if you reach someone at the bar, they will place a telephone call to the lawyer's office to intercede on your behalf to get the lawyer to contact you and see if the problem can be solved. If there has been some mishap, then the bar should be aware of who is to look after the attorneys cases and be able to direct you to that person. Since you are dealing with a bankruptcy, you could also call the office of your trustee to see if they are aware of any issues with your attorney and they can likely make sure that you have current contact information. They may also be able to refer you to someone else who is likely to be able to offer real assistance if there is a problem with the attorney. (The Court and the trustee are sensitive to such issues and often call on other attorneys to volunteer assistance when problems arise due to death or other mishap.) While I agree that this sounds like unethical behavior, we do not know all of the facts, the bar complaint process is a slow one, tends to result in an rift in the attorney client relationship (and discourages some other attorneys from working with you) if there is a temporary problem and a refund, if you are to get one, may be a long time coming. I would suggest seeking out some more practical solutions first and then you can determine if it is also appropriate to pursue some other relief such as a bar complaint.
Call the FL state bar at (850) 561-5600 and get the current registration information for your attorney. They should be able to track them down. Frankly, this is highly unprofessional, and you may wish to speak to the bar about this kind of behavior.

I agree with Mr. Corbin on trying to locate them. I would also talk to the bar association and file a complaint with them for this unprofessional behavior as they are required to inform you of their new address and/or telephone numbers.
