An opposition to a motion may not exceed 15 pages. Anything over 10 pages requires a table of contents and table of authorities. Exhibits, notices, declarations and the like are usually not included in the page count. A court has the option of considering an opposition that exceeds the page limit, but also can choose to disregard anything that exceeds the limit, or the entire opposition.
Judges prefer that any motion or opposition be short and to the point. Keep it brief and you will keep your judge's attention.
