All my tools and equipment are in a shop on the property she has life estate to. I am the remainderum and she is trying to keep me from coming on property to get or use any of MY tools and equipment.
Yes, she can keep you off of the property. A life estate grants her the exclusive possession of the property. If the tools were yours prior to the death of your father, she cannot keep the tools. You must move them from her property. If she will not allow that, you could sue her for replevin (get your stuff back).
As remainderman, you will receive the real estate at her death.
