There are different ways to impeach the other party. I doubt you can use the fee waiver. I have submitted info to the court to consider when deciding if the party is entitled to a fee waiver.
The LinkedIn info may or may not be admissible depending on the issues of the case, testimony of the party, and the judge's discretion.
Unfortunately without knowing what the lawsuit is about and what the witness is testifying about, it is unclear whether you will be able to use the information.
