Since you have a reentry permit and have evidence to proof that you never intended to abandon the US as your primarily place of residence, you should be fine. The due date to file taxes for 2014 is in April, you have not missed deadline yet. You should be fine.

Paying your taxes is a different issues. Assuming your intent was never to abandon your residency, you only were gone for 6 months and have the right to come back to the U.S.

No problem. You will be allowed back in without a hitch. The 2014 tax returns are not due before April 15 each year and no one will expect you to have filed them before that. And it is certainly not a the airport and/or POE that they are going to ask you whether you filed your tax returns yet or not.. Millions of people do not even file by April 15 but request an extension all the way to September..
