We have a new baby and we have not got any identification for him yet. He is a US citizen since he was born in the US. Besides giving info about my newborn in the I485, do I have to wait until I get identification docs and include a copy of them?
If I wait to get the docs, this month will end and I might not be current in the next month.
A birth certificate should be sufficient proof you have a U.S. citizen child if that is what you are trying to prove.
