the situation is the "Day of Dragons" devs had a kickstarter campaign in which they intentionally mislead the public by stating that they had been working on the game for 2 years, however all teh work they had done was blueprint with only 3 lines of custom coding, the kickstarter campaign stated that we would recieve several bonuses for getting into the kickstarter but was done in a way that mislead the consumer base into thinking when the servers went live on the steam network that those would have been already implemented. As well ALL the in game models and maps were "place holders" pre purchased and placed into the game with no actual content being developed by the game developers. if needed i can provide links to teh kickstarter campaign the actual games website as well as footage of the game provided by members of my community that verify my claims. i feel that what has been done by this company "BeAwesomeGames" is wrong and unlawful and would like to know what my options are before going forward do i have a case do or do i not have a case?
Depending on the nature of the purchase/or investment, there may be quite something here. I am sure that a class action lawyer would be most interested in hearing from you.
