i was in the joint for 2 years and during that time my car was gone and i had tickets pilling up from parking violations that i didnt do cause i was in the joint at the time of those violations and now my license is suspended because of it and im trying to find out is there a way that i can get those tickes off of my name to get my license back and the tickets have doubled up to about $6000 which is rediculious and i dont have that type of money to pay and i really need my license and they wanted half down to get on a payment plan which i dont have anyway and feel like i shouldn't have to pay it since i was locked up all of that time that the tickes was adding up and i have proof of my incarceration from july 2007 to july 2009 and i just want to know what to do to get it back
Hire a Chicago traffic lawyer to see if he can make a deal, possibly a payment plan. SOS can not help you with that and cannot remove the suspension until it is resolved.
Unfortunately, the owner of the vehicle is responsible for parking tickets. While I appreciate the advice to hire a local traffic attorney, I have not had success in getting a better deal on parking tickets, short of an amnesty period,
