SERVE 90 DAYS IN A SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY JAIL FACILITY. ELIGIBLE FOR WEEKENDER/WORK RELEASE PROGRAM. COMPLETE BY 08/10/2013. WITH CREDIT FOR TIME SERVED OF 0 DAY(S). REPORT TO GLEN HELEN REHABILITATION CENTER ON 09/07/12 BY 2:00 PM.
If you're going to do the time on weekends, you'll have to complete the full 90 days by working 45 consecutive weekends. You may be able to ask to serve the time on house arrest, which would also be for the full 90 days. If you choose to change the sentence to "straight time", you would be entitled to 4019PC good time credit. In that case you would be eligible for release after 60 days. Due to overcrowding, most inmates are released earlier than their maximum release date. That's not something you want to count on, though.
Any statements I make in these forums (fora?) should not be taken as direct legal advice, merely informed guidance. This is true due to the anonymous nature of this venue, and the incomplete information which is invariably provided by the questions. It is imperative that you consult directly with an attorney regarding your specific situation before acting on or relying on anything represented here. Period.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
