I was wondering If My employer Can Change my pay period In The middle Of The Pay period We are supposed to be getting payed from the 1-15 and get payed on the 20th but he's changing us to bi weekly so he wants to pay us from the 1-10 and pay is on the 18th but he has not finished are current pay period or pay check then pay us from the 11-20th and pay up on the 28th is this legal ?

Changing pay periods is entirely legal, so long as the employer timely pays the employees for all hours worked. Changing pay periods retroactively, however, is not legal when done for the purpose of avoiding payment of accrued overtime hours.
