On March 3rd my former foster mother had ran me over woth her power chair and I pushed it off me I contacted the police 2 officers came out and she started with her usual lies and saying I hit her amd thats why she ran me overm hence I was on the phone woth her daughter screaming ate you tryomg to run me over. And the call had been recorded. I played it to the police but i got issued a assault 3 ticket. They still issues the ticket after showing I had a knot on my leg and started gettong a bruse as well. And showed my plane ticket. I contacted the court explaining I haf no way to be in FTC on march 29 to my arraignment. They said a bench warrant will be issued. If so will it be for just CO
No, you cannot just ignore criminal charges and avoid a warrant. This will cause problems for you until you handle it. You need an attorney and, if you didn't commit the crime, you need to prepare for trial. A criminal conviction for domestic violence is something you want to avoid if possible.

Not showing up for your court hearing can cause significant problems in the future. It is best to get an attorney on board who may be able to waive your appearance at the arraignment and schedule a Pre-Trial Conference in the future. This would give you some time to get a ticket back to Colorado to address the issues.
