so i run a small business helping people claim surplus funds and unclaimed funds that deal with properties or misc. i get people under contract that is owed more than 20,000.i have a pdf file, in this file i have a created legal doc. that binds my client under contract. but it has a section that says im working with a legal representation that will file the claim if i do not file it myself. i would like to find a lawyer as my legal representation for my client and future clients. i have a 20% finders fee for my client and future clients and out of that 20% we can have our own agreement made up for your portion for filing the documents and paper work with the state to retrieve my clients unclaimed funds. i would be getting the documents to you and having them send you the s.s.n. and i.d. and any other documentation needed. so all you would have to do is file it through the superior court or treasury (depending on wheres the money being help at the time). if this interest you i hope to hear from you soon. if you feel that theres a error in my contract, we can fix it and team up
I do not believe that any attorney in this forum can answer a request directly for representation. You are required to search on AVVO for counsel that you would like to reach out with. Unclaimed Funds is a fairly straightforward process so, if you reach out to a competent attorney, they can help you in your endeavor. Please reach out to an AVVO based attorney for assistance.
