We have two kids he's got custody. Nither working at the moment. We just want to sign papers aggreing to the devorce without any court issues.
Usually a judge will not sign the decree unless all issues of custody, parenting time, child support, the division of assets and debt are decided/agreed upon. This can be done through an uncontested process, but both parents and the children, depending on their ages still have to attend families in transition (it could be called something else in your venue). You will also have to meet the 60 day separation requirement. Most of the clerks have a packet you can purchase with every document you could need.
