shes 16 im 19. Shes pregnant. her parents consent to it. Can or Will I be charged with statutory rape? If so how much time am I facing and is there anyway around me being charged or beating the charge if I do get charged
If she is 16 years old, I do not believe you will be charged since statutory rape applies to children under the age of 16.
In New York state, the age of consent is 17. Sexual intercourse between a 19 year old and a 16 year old is a misdemeanor. NY Penal Law § 130.20, charged as sexual misconduct. You are best served speaking with a criminal defense attorney to answer your other questions.

The age of consent in New York is 17 and therefore neither the girl nor her parents can consent. You can get arrested.

Technically you can be charged but it is unlikely if there is no one to complain. You really should speak to an attorney to protect yourself however.
The above is a general answer and is not considered legal advice. You should contact an attorney before proceeding to take any legal action, signing any papers or upon service of a summons.
You could be charged with Sexual Misconduct. I would make sure not to get her or her parents upset as that is when they get the idea to go to the police. You have made some poor decisions and now you will have to make some good ones. Get a good education, a career you love, and take care of your family. Good Luck.
