I have compliant with everything they havevasked of me my last ua was clean but its been 60 days since i was last tested due to my caseworker being on vacation and me having to take care of a warrant. Now they want another hair follicle test this seems completely uneccessary i have agreed to the ua but c i refuse a second hair follicle test. They cut multiple chucks of hair and i dont think its fair
Yes, you can refuse, unless a court has ordered to to take the test. But, if you do, it will probably result in the county seeking an order to remove your children from the home, or, if they are already placed outside the home, increase the amount of time it will take to get them back. The county, and probably the court, will look at your refusal as being you trying to hide something important.
