I have general discharge for failing a UA test which really sucks because it was a one time thing. But I understand i was wrong still want to know if I can help my dad in any way in his immigration case.
I really don't want him to get deported. The way things are looking it seems as if he might not stay here and I don't know who to ask for advice
It should not be an issue if you are planning on filing for I 130. But are you also thinking about applying for PIP?
