I was arrested for dui. I let them take my blood. Idk but it is possible pain medicine, alcohol and maybe even pot would have came back in blood test. However the night of my arrest I was on nothing. I in fact pulled over all on my own. I was feeling dizzy like my blood sugar had dropped. And i had recently been diagnosed typed 2 diabetes. I had been watching my meals closely and in fact my blood sugar drop too low before do to my strict dieting. Thats what I thought was happening. I did not know a police officer was behind me as it was at night and it wasn't until I pulled over he hit his lights. He took this opportunity to arrest me saying I was driving under the influence of something. I wasn't innocent of no chemicals but that day I had not done anything. I for sure keep my blood very clean now because of this!
It is highly unlikely that a charge would be thrown out over an incorrect SSN. You are more likely to resolve your case favorably by hiring an experienced TN DUI attorney who can find and exploit any weaknesses in the state's case against you.
