I reported being inappropriately touched by a teacher on two occasions. I was than harassed by the teacher because I told her to stop touching me. I eventually left her class. I reported her to the president of the school. He said he trusted the teacher and feels the teacher and I just didn't match. I also told the president that the teacher told the class that she was accused of touching a woman inappropiatly before. I am still attending this school today the teacher was never investigated.
Yes they ought to. In the event that this teacher isnt fired/investigated, and does something very serious later, the school will be in a lot of trouble for not having investigated/fired the teacher earlier.
File a "written complaint" with the school. Follow-up with a complaint to the U.S. Dept. of Education is no response from the school.
